  In your first session...

 

  • Assessment of your static posture.

  • Functional testing.

  • Gait analysis.

  • Taking before and after photos of your posture.

  • Creating a bespoke programme of simple stretching and strengthening exercises. 

  • In-depth instruction through your bespoke programme.

 

 

Subsequent Review Sessions

  • Reassement of your posture.

  • Visually see your improvements with the aid of new photos.

  • Adjusting your bespoke exercise programme.

  • Indepth instruction through your adjusted programme.

  • New adjusted programme emailed to you. 

What to Wear

In order to get the best information possible, you MUST come to your appointment dressed in clothing that allows a full postural analysis.  

Minimal clothing is an absolute must!  

Feel free to layer other clothes over top for temperature control.  

Once the postural analysis is complete, you can change or add clothing as needed.

 

  • Women - Solid colour compression shorts or shorts that are mid-thigh only that allow the knee to be fully visible in all directions.  

  • Solid colour sports bra, or camisole/tank top.

  • Barefoot.

 

  • Men - Solid colour compression shorts or shorts that are mid-thigh only that allow the knee to be fully visible in all directions.  

  • No shirt or tank top/sleeveless t-shirt.

  • Barefoot, no socks.
